1. Custom Products and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for custom-made items unless they are faulty or damaged. This includes custom prints, embroidery, and any items made to your specifications.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. In your message, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or faulty item
• A description of the issue
Once we have received this information, we will review the issue and offer a solution, which may include:
• Replacing the item
• Issuing a partial or full refund (if applicable)
3. Incorrect Items
If we send you an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and either issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the correct product.
4. Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund.
